We want you to love your Glamucci pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact.savedolphin@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We'll provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back to our U.S. returns facility:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale."
- Intimate apparel and items where the hygiene seal has been removed.
- Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
